Please read the terms of service carefully before booking a shoot.
By booking a shoot, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
• To schedule a session the client must pay a €50,- retainer fee which will be subtracted from the final cost if the client is satisfied after receiving their photos.
• Watermarked photos will be delivered within 2 days after a shoot. If the client is satisfied, the remaining amount of money must be paid within 7 days for me to send the photos without watermark.
• If the client is unsatisfied with the quality of the photos I will offer one round of revision to allign with the client's preferences.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If the client cancels their shoot, the retainer fee will not be refunded.
• You may reschedule your shoot up to 48 hours prior to the shoot. This is subject to my availability.
• If the shoot cannot continue due to unsafe weather conditions, me being ill or other circumstances out of my control, the shoot may be rescheduled or canceled. If the shoot is canceled in this way the client will recieve a full refund including the retainer fee.
3. Copyright
• I retain full legal copyright to all images I created during our session, and share them online. Please contact me if you prefer to stay anonymous or do not want your images shared online.
Upon full payment, the client may use any photos I made during our session for:
• Editing to their liking. The use of AI is prohibited.
• Printing and personal display.
• Social media posts. If the client edited images themselves they must specify that these edits were not made by me in their social media posts.
• For commercial purposes only with my approval.
The client may NOT use any photos I made during our session for:
• AI training / editing using AI.
• Selling without my approval.
4. Delivered Files upon full payment
• The client will receive edited JPEG/PNG files I shot during our session.
• The client also gets access to a curated selection of unedited RAW files I shot during our session.
• The client is responsible for downloading their files. The files will be available for download for at least 30 days.
